DIRECTOR OF COMPLIANCE CONSULTING OPERATIONS
Compliance Architects®, the world’s leading quality and compliance consulting and advisory services provider to FDA-regulated industry is seeking an exceptional individual to direct and manage consulting business operations and client opportunities. In this extraordinary opportunity for professional growth, the Director of Consulting Operations will be responsible for managing all operational aspects of the consulting business, including identifying revenue goals, managing a large inventory of existing client work, and providing strategic direction and expertise to deliver world-class consulting services to FDA-regulated industry clients.
Job Description
This position is responsible for:
- Planning, developing and implementing strategies that deliver on our strategic business intent;
- Building and maintaining a sustainably profitable, growing consulting business;
- Expertly managing a large inventory of existing client projects to ensure maximum client satisfaction and firm profitability;
- Create, implement, and continuously improve methods and procedures for developing and monitoring the active consulting project load such as forecasts, profitability metrics, utilization reports, progress reports, KPIs and Dashboards;
- Identify, define, develop and implement techniques to improve engagement productivity, increase efficiency, mitigate risk, resolve issues and achieve positive project outcomes for our clients;
- Manage relationships with clients, maintaining frequent and direct contact with client staff and senior level executives;
- Fostering external business relationships in the community for Industry (future clients), Talent (future team members), and Partnerships; and
- Supervise and mentor individual consultants
